I've lived it — writing scopes of work, interpreting project specifications, managing property portfolios, and building client relationships across condos, HOAs, and commercial properties. I've also built marketing programs from the ground up, growing a small business's client base by 43% through website development, email campaigns, and social media strategy. And right now, I'm on the phone with general contractors every single day — learning what they care about, how they talk about their work, and what makes them tick.
